Allergen Information

Please declare all allergies when ordering.

We have made a good-faith effort to provide accurate allergen information here, however:

  • Our suppliers do not notify us when the allergen content or exposures of the products we buy change

  • We sometimes must use substitute products that may have different allergen profiles than our primary products

  • We are a small, one-location local business. We do not have the resources to accurately track allergens on an ongoing basis

For those reasons and the risks of allergen contamination listed below, if you have an allergy that poses a risk to your health or happiness, we generally recommend you do not dine with us. But if you must, please call to discuss your allergy with a manager before ordering.

Milk and Wheat Allergies

​​​

Monster Pizza strives to accommodate all diners; however, we cannot reasonably accommodate people with milk/dairy or wheat/gluten allergies.

​

Nearly every food we prepare and serve contains wheat and cheese and all our cooking equipment (ovens, fryers, prep tables, etc.) is shared. High levels of cross contamination between foods containing milk/wheat allergens with other foods is an unavoidable certainty. ​All food we serve, even our vegan options, should be treated as containing milk and wheat allergens.

If you have an allergy to milk or wheat products, we strongly urge you not to eat here. You do so at your own risk.

Foods with milk as an ingredient include but are not limited to:

  • Bleu Cheese Dressing

  • Ranch Dressing

  • Caesar Dressing

  • Pesto Sauce

  • Cannoli Cream

  • Croutons

  • Meatballs

  • All foods/menu items that contain or are made of cheese

  • Menu items containing the above

Foods with wheat as an ingredient include but are not limited to:

  • Vegan Bacon

  • Vegan Sausage

  • Vegan Pepperoni

  • Meatballs

  • Foods that are breaded, battered, or include bread or crust

  • Menu items containing the above

Soy Allergens

Some foods we serve contain soy, including but not limited to:

​​

  • Garlic parmesan sauce

  • Vegan beef

  • Vegan sausage

  • Vegan bacon

  • Vegan meatballs

  • Meatballs (it's in the Italian bread crumb that we use to make the meatballs)

  • Mozzarella sticks (which are dredged in a mixture of flours, including soy flour)

  • Menu items containing the above

In addition, all cooking equipment in our store (ovens, fryers, prep tables, etc.) and most utensils are shared for all products including those that contain soy. ​Furthermore, numerous products we offer are processed in facilities or on equipment that also process soy. Therefore, some level of cross contamination between soy-containing and soy-free products is likely.

Egg Allergens

Some foods we serve contain egg, including but not limited to:

  • Mozzarella Sticks

  • Meatballs

  • Cannoli Shells

  • Mac & Cheese Bites

  • Bleu Cheese Dressing

  • Honey Mustard Dressing

  • Ranch Dressing

  • Mayonnaise

  • Gluten Free Crust (made in facility that processes eggs)

  • Menu items containing the above

In addition, all cooking equipment in our store (ovens, fryers, prep tables, etc.) and most utensils are shared for all products including those that contain egg. Furthermore, numerous products we offer are processed in facilities or on equipment that also process egg. Therefore, some level of cross contamination between egg-containing and egg-free products is likely.

Peanut and Tree Nut Allergens

None of our foods contain peanuts or tree nuts as an ingredient. However, some of our ingredients are processed in facilities or on equipment that also process peanuts, tree nuts, or foods/products that contain them. These include but are not limited to:

  • Cannoli shells

  • Pesto sauce

  • Croutons

  • Vegan Feta

In addition, all equipment in our store (ovens, fryers, prep tables, etc.) and most utensils are shared for all products. Therefore, some level of cross contamination between these potentially peanut/tree-nut exposed products and other products is possible.

Fish and Crustacean/Shellfish Allergens

This allergen will be found in:

​

  • Caesar Dressing

  • Anchovies

  • Any foods with anchovy toppings or fillings.

  • Any food served with Caesar dressing​​

In addition, all cooking equipment (ovens, fryers, prep tables, etc.) in our store and most utensils (including pizza cutters) are shared for all products. Furthermore, some products we offer are processed in facilities or on equipment that also process fish and/or crustacean shellfish. Therefore, some level of cross contamination between fish/shellfish-containing and fish/shellfish-free products is possible.

Sesame

  • Meatballs (the breadcrumb in the balls contains it)

  • Any foods/menu items containing meatballs

 

The Italian Breadcrumbs we use in our Meatballs contain sesame. In addition, some of our ingredients are processed in facilities or on equipment that also process sesame or foods/products that contain it. ​​Finally, all equipment in our store (ovens, fryers, prep tables, etc.) and most utensils are shared for all products. Therefore, some level of cross contamination between these potentially sesame-exposed products and other products is possible.
